Choose a machine
The customer sees on screen which washers and dryers are free right now — the kiosk knows because it reads each machine's sensor, not because someone marked it by hand.
Pay however they prefer
Coins, banknotes, bank card or their own balance card. If the venue uses a separate self-checkout drawer, the kiosk hands off the payment and syncs the result to the second.
It starts by itself
Once payment is confirmed, G-KIOSK triggers the relay of the chosen machine and starts timing the cycle — no push-buttons or physical tokens to lose.
Everything is recorded
Sale, receipt (with QR where applicable) and, when required, a TicketBAI invoice — all sent to the management panel instantly, not at the end of the day.

Real-time status for every machine
Every washer and dryer has its own door sensor. The kiosk, the app and the panel show “in use” or “free” instantly — and detect when a machine has been abnormally busy for too long.

Coin acceptor, banknote validator, card terminal or rechargeable balance card — combinable in the same kiosk depending on what each venue needs.
Loyalty card with balance
Each customer gets their own RFID card, issued by the kiosk itself. It stores balance, can be topped up at the kiosk or from the app, and works at any venue of the same company.
Self-checkout cash drawer (GKB)
Hands off cash payment to a payment unit separate from the machines. G-KIOSK syncs the pending amount between both devices automatically, with no duplicate charges and no half-finished sales.
Tickets and passes with QR
Sell gym tickets, pool entries or time-based access from the same kiosk, with a QR code printed or sent by email to validate at the turnstile.
Self-diagnosis and self-updating
A background watchdog checks that the kiosk is still alive, downloads updates without you travelling to the venue, and avoids restarting the program in the middle of a payment in progress.
Built-in TicketBAI
Signing and sending of invoices in line with the TicketBAI system of Bizkaia, Araba and Gipuzkoa (the Basque Country's tax-invoicing scheme), generated automatically on every sale with no manual steps.
